  1. Log into cPanel:

    • Visit the GippsHost Client Area: In the address bar, type in https://clientarea.gippshost.com.au and press Enter.
    • Log In to the Client Area:
      • Email Address: Enter the email address you used when signing up for GippsHost.
      • Password: Enter the password you created during the signup process.
      • Click the "Log In" button.
    • Navigate to Your Active Products/Services: Once logged in, you will see the Client Area dashboard. Locate the "Your Active Products/Services" section.
    • Select Your Web Hosting Service: In the "Your Active Products/Services" section, find your active web hosting service. Click on the "View Details" button next to your web hosting service.
    • Log In to cPanel: On the service options page, look for the "Log in to cPanel" button. Click the "Log in to cPanel" button to automatically log into your cPanel dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Email Accounts:
    • In the cPanel dashboard, locate the "Email Accounts" icon under the "Email" section.
  3. Find Your Email Account:
    • Scroll down to the "Email Accounts" section.
    • Locate the email account for which you want to change the password.
  4. Manage Email Account:
    • Click on the "Manage" button next to the email account you wish to update.
